I was introduced to Cranio sacral therapy by a client of my own. She was an osteopath , and I a senior beauty therapist in a local well-being clinic. She was passionate about a recent module she had completed in “ cranial osteopathy “ and was keen to offer me a treatment. I was a newly single parent and my youngest son had recently been diagnosed with a mild form of cerebral palsy , left sided hemi-palegia. I was willing to try anything!

I embarked on a family session, where she treated me and my then, three young children. There was an element of shock for all of us with the adaptations we were having to make as a new family constellation and the process of divorce. Tracey my client was able to give extraordinary information which left me feeling lighter, and with a restored sense of faith and hope. I continued with several more sessions with her, enjoying the support and sense of well-being each session offered me. It was a challenging time, being left with the responsibility of three young children on my own. Craniosacral therapy has enabled me to let go of many negative emotions that had surfaced after my family consultation changed . I have been able to shed an old shell, finding a new me.

I decided to embark on a craniosacral training myself and graduated in 2010. I offer treatments of biodynamic craniosacral therapy in my home clinic in Marlow.
