Cancellation & Refund Policy

Your time with Helen is reserved just for you, so I ask for a little notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment.

1. Cancellations and rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. You can do this by email at helenliz037@hotmail.com or by phone or text on +44 (0)7985 309414. With 24 hours’ notice, there is no charge and we’ll happily find you a new time.

2. Late cancellations and missed appointments

Late cancellations or missed appointments incur a fee of the whole session. (£65)

I may revise this page from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, with the “Last updated” date changed accordingly.
